What you get
A workspace of your own for 14 days: a shared inbox for WhatsApp and Instagram, contacts, campaigns, follow-ups, reports, and an assistant that drafts replies from facts you enter. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the trial.
Your accounts stay yours
You connect your own WhatsApp Business number and Instagram account through Meta’s own sign-in. HashTalks holds the access token Meta issues, encrypted and bound to your workspace, and uses it only to send and receive your messages. You can disconnect at any time.
Messages and the assistant
Customer messages are stored in your workspace so your team can answer them. To draft replies, the assistant sends the message, your facts and the recent conversation to Anthropic’s API, a service outside the UAE. The assistant only sends a reply by itself after you switch that on, and only for the topics you choose. Until then a person on your team sends every message.
Where the data is
During the trial your data is held on a server in the United States, encrypted in transit and backed up nightly. Ask us if your business needs it kept elsewhere before you rely on the service.
Your responsibilities
Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, follow Meta’s business messaging policies, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. Marketing messages need the recipient’s consent; the platform enforces that and it cannot be switched off.
When the trial ends
After 14 days the workspace becomes read-only: you can sign in and export, but nothing is sent. If you continue with a paid plan, everything carries on as it was. If you do not, we delete the workspace and its data 30 days after the trial ends, or sooner at your request.
Limits of a trial
The service is provided as it is, without a promise of availability, for evaluation. We may close a trial that is used for spam, abuse or anything unlawful.
